Section 127
(1)
No person required to give evidence before a Committee of
Enquiry shall be obliged to disclose the name or address of any person who has given information in confidence to a public officer in relation to any facts which are the subject of investigation nor shall that person be obliged to state any matter which in his opinion might lead to the discovery of the person who has given the information.
(2)
No person required under section 124 to give evidence shall be obliged to give any evidence which has the possibility of incriminating him.
