Section 8
(1)
The Minister may appoint such committees as the Minister thinks fit to assist or advise the Commissioner on such matters arising out of his functions as the Commissioner under this Act.
(2)
The Commissioner may define or vary the terms of reference of the committees.
(3)
Subject to this Act and to the control of the Commissioner, each committee may regulate its procedure in such manner as the committee thinks fit.
