Section 12
(1)
The Board shall, with the approval of His Majesty, determine the denominations, forms and designs of currency notes and coins, and the standard weights and composition of coins together with the amount of remedy and variation allowed.
(2)
The Board shall publish in the Gazette the denomination and other characteristics of notes and coins issued by it.
