Section 10
The Board shall —
(a)
arrange for the printing of currency notes and the minting of coins and for all matters relating thereto and for the security of such notes and coins; and

(b)
issue, receive and, in its discretion, exchange notes and coins at Bandar Seri Begawan and at such agencies elsewhere as it may establish or appoint for the purpose.
