Section 13C

A person who obtains, by means of fraud or dishonesty, any information about a spent conviction from the record of convictions kept by or on behalf of any law enforcement agency is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 and imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years.
