Section 13B
(1)
A person who has access to the record of convictions received from, or kept by or on behalf of, any law enforcement agency shall not, without lawful authority, disclose any information about any spent conviction.
(2)
A person who contravenes or fails to comply with subsection (1)
is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding
$10,000 and imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years.
