Section 327
The High Court or a Court of a Magistrate may charge a person for any offence referred to in section 132(1)(6), (c), (d) or (e) and committed before it or brought under its notice in the course of a judicial proceeding, and may commit for trial to a Court having jurisdiction, or admit to bail and itself try such person upon its own charge.
