Section 27
A police officer may arrest without warrant a person who has committed, or whom he reasonably suspects to have committed, an offence to which this Order applies.
(2)
Where a document is required under this Order to be served on a person who cannot be found, or who is outside Brunei Darussalam and cannot be compelled to attend before the Court in respect of proceedings under this Order, the Court may dispense with service of the document and the proceedings may be continued to their final conclusion in his absence.
