of Criminal Conduct (Recovery of Proceeds) Order, 2000

Order, 2000 and shall commence on a day to be appointed by the Minister, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, by notice in the
Gazette.

The long title of this Order is "An Order to make further provision for and in relation to the recovery of the proceeds of criminal conduct; to make further provision for facilitating the enforcement of overseas forfeiture and restraint orders; and for connected purposes".
