Section 210G

refuses any officer access to any vessel, aircraft, vehicle or place which the officer is entitled under this Part; or

obstructs or hinders any officer in the execution of any power conferred upon that officer by this Part, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $15,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or both.
