Section 210D
(1)
Any police officer shall, in the exercise of his powers under section 210A, if it is necessary, be given access to computerised or digitalised data whether stored in a computer or any other medium.
(2)
For the purpose of this section, “access” includes being provided with the necessary password, encryption code, decryption code, software or hardware and any other means required to enable comprehension of the computerised data.
