Section 203A

Any person who commits an act referred to in section 203(2) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $250,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or both, and in respect of a second or subsequent offence, to a fine not exceeding

$500,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years or both.
