Section 202
This Part applies to –
(a)
a performer who is a citizen of Brunei Darussalam;
(b)
a performer who is not a citizen of Brunei Darussalam, but whose performance –
(i)
takes place in Brunei Darussalam;
(ii)
has been incorporated in a sound recording that is protected under this Order; or
(iii)
has not been fixed in a sound recording but is included in a broadcast qualifying for protection under this Order; and
