Meetings of Board

Section 7
(1)
At any meeting of the Board, one-half of the number of appointed members shall form a quorum.
(2)
The Chairman shall preside at all meetings of the Board at which he is present and, in his absence, the members present shall elect one of their number to act as Chairman of that meeting.

(3)
The Board may delegate to any person all or any of its powers or duties under this Act.
(4)
All questions arising at any meeting of the Board shall be decided by a majority of votes of the members present and, in the case of an equality of votes, the Chairman or, in his absence, the member acting as Chairman, shall have a casting vote.
(5)
Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board may regulate its own procedure.
