Establishment and constitution of Board

Section 5
(1)
There is hereby established a body known as the Compulsory
Education Board.

(2)
The Board shall consist of such number of members as the
Minister may, in his discretion, appoint.
(3)
The Minister shall appoint one of the members of the Board to be the Chairman.
