Appointment of authorised officers

Section 7
(1)
The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, appoint such number of authorised officers to carry into effect any specific provisions of this Act or any regulations made thereunder.
(2)
For purposes of an investigation under this Act, the Minister may appoint any other person to be an authorised officer.
