Appointment of Director

Section 6
(1)
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan shall, by notification published in the Gazette, appoint a Director who shall be responsible for the overall administration and management of the functions, activities and day-to-day affairs of the Commission for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of this Act.
(2)
The Director shall perform such other duties as the Minister may direct.
