Section 53

His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan in Council may by general or special order exempt any registered society or class of societies from any of the provisions of this Act, or may direct such provisions shall apply to any society or class of societies with effect from such date or with such modification as may be specified in the order.
