Power of Registrar to inspect societies’ books etc.

Section 35
The Registrar or any person authorised by general or special order in writing by the Registrar shall —
(a)
at all times have access to all the books, accounts, papers securities, device, apparatus, material, computer program or the computer software of a registered society; and
(b)
be entitled to inspect the cash in hand, and every officer of the society and its subsidiary or subsidiaries shall furnish such information in regard to the transaction and working of the society and its subsidiary or subsidiaries as the person making such inspection may require.
