Section 29
(1)
Any air transport enterprise engaging in scheduled commercial air transport must have an approved and effective tariff covering the transportation to be provided.
(2)
Such tariff shall be in such detail as required by the Director, except that in the case of international air transport, they shall be in accordance with international standards and agreements.
