Conditions for issue of certificate

Section 27
(1)
The Director may include such terms, conditions and limitations to a certificate as he considers necessary in the public interest.
(2)
An air transport enterprise which is granted a certificate with such terms, conditions or limitations may request from the Director the reasons for their inclusion.
(3)
The Director shall respond to any request made under subsection (2) within 40 days.
