11) If a child is placed in a place of safety or in the custody of any person under this Order, any person who -
(a} removes the child from such place of safety or such custody without lawful authority;
(b)
knowingly assists or induces, directly or indirectly, a child to escape from such place of safety or such custody; or
(c)
knowing harbours, conceals, or prevents from returning to such place or safety or such custody, a child who has so escaped, or knowingly assists in so doing, shall be punished with imprisonment which may extend to 3 years or to a nne not exceeding $5,000 or both.
(2} If any child who is placed in a place of safety or in the custody of any person under this Order is removed without lawful authority, or escaped, from such place of safety or such custody, such child may be retaken by any protector or police officer and returned to such place of safetly or such custody.
