Section 39
Any person who -
(a}
assaults, obstructs, hinders or delays any protector or police officer in effecting any entry which he is entitl.ed to effect under this Order or in the execution of any duty imposed or power conferred by this Order;
(b)
refuses to answer to the best of his knowledge and belief any questions which he is legally bound to answer and which is asked of him by any protector or police officer or any other person authorised under this
Order;
(c)
contravenes or fails to comply with any order, direction, summons or warrant lawfully issued or any condition lawfully imposed by any protector, police officer or Court under this Order, shall be punished with imprisonment which may extend to 3 years or to a nne not exceeding $5,000 or both.
