Any person who by or under any false pretence or representation or fraudulent or deceitful means, made or used either within or out of Brunei

Darussalam, brings or assists in bringing any child into or out of Brunei

Darussalam shall be guilty of an offence and shall be punished with imprisonment which may extend to 7 years with 10 strokes of whipping or to a fme not exceeding

$20,000 or both.
