Section 5
(1)
The Director shall ensure that each place of safety is administered in accordance with these Regulations and any other regulations made under the
Order.
(2)
For that purpose he or his representative shall regularly visit and inspect each place of safety and give consideration to all matters brought to his notice, the comments given and the recommendations made, by the Board.
