Section 3
A place of safety shall be under the general charge and administration of a Warden, who shall be subject to and shall comply with such directions as may be given by the Superintendent.
(2)
The Minister, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang
Di-Pertuan, shall appoint for each place of safety, a Superintendent, a Warden and such number of other staff as he may consider necessary.
