Section 16
(1)
The Warden shall obtain the approval of the Superintendent and notify the chairman of the Board if he wishes to leave the place of safety for more than 24 hours, and shall ensure that arrangements satisfactory to the Superintendent are made for the conduct of the place of safety during his absence.
(2)
The Warden shall require the approval of the Director for any absence of more than 4 weeks.
