Section 73
(1)
Approved schools and approved homes established by the
Minister under section 72 shall be under the control and management of —
(a)
the Director; or
(b)
a governing board consisting of such persons as may be appointed by the Minister.
(2)
In controlling and managing any approved school or approved home established under section 72, the Director or a governing board appointed under subsection (1)(b) shall have the powers, functions and duties conferred or imposed on the manager of an approved school or an approved home by this Act.
Director may make regulations for approved schools and approved homes.
