Section 71
(1)
When the certificate of an approved school or approved home has been cancelled, the Minister may order that the persons resident therein either be discharged or be transferred to some other approved school or approved home.
(2)
The total period for which any person is detained in an approved school or approved home shall not be increased by the transfer under subsection (1).
Minister may establish approved schools and approved homes.
