Section 6
(1)
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan* may from time to time make rules —
(a)
to prescribe the duties of census officers;

(b)
to prescribe the particulars regarding which, the persons from whom, and the mode in which, information shall be obtained for the purposes of any census;
(c)
to prescribe the forms of schedules to be used in obtaining such particulars;
(d)
to prescribe the form of requisition to be addressed to employers of labour under section 12; and
(e)
generally to give effect to the provisions of this Act.
