Membership of Board

Section 5
(1)
There shall be a Board which shall consist of —
(a)
a Chairman;
(b)
a Deputy Chairman; and
(c)
not more than fifteen other members, all of whom shall be appointed by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang
Di-Pertuan.

(2)
The Board shall be the executive body of the Institute, which may exercise all the powers conferred on the Institute under this Act.
(3)
Schedule 1 shall have effect with respect to the Board, its members and proceedings.
