Section 14
(1)
The directors, including the Managing Director, and the officers and employees of the Agency of every description shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code (Chapter 22).
(2)
The officers and employees of the Agency shall be deemed to hold office in the public service for the purposes of the Pensions Act
(Chapter 38) and shall be eligible for the allowances, pensions and gratuities provided thereunder.
