Section 12

Except for the purpose of the performance of his duties or the exercise of his functions or when lawfully required to do so by any court or under the provisions of any written law, no director, officer or employee of the Agency shall disclose to any person any information relating to the affairs of the Agency or any person which he has acquired in the performance of his duties or the exercise of his functions.

Any person who contravenes the provisions of subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine of $5,000 and imprisonment for 3 years.
