Section 11
Appointment of Chief Executive Officer
of Brunei Darussalam Food Authority Act
(1)
The Minister shall, with the consent of His Majesty the Sultan and
Yang Di-Pertuan, appoint a Chief Executive Officer for such term of office and on such conditions of service as the Minister may determine.
(2)
The Chief Executive Officer shall be responsible for the proper administration and management of the functions and affairs of the Authority in accordance with the policy of the Authority.
(3)
If the Chief Executive Officer is temporarily absent from Brunei
Darussalam, or is temporarily unable to perform his duties by reason of illness or otherwise, another person may be appointed by the Minister to act in the place of the Chief Executive Officer during any such period of absence from duty.
