Directions by Minister

Section 10
(1)
The Minister may, in writing, give to the Authority such directions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as he thinks fit, as to the performance of its functions and exercise of its powers and the Authority shall give effect to any such directions.
(2)
The Authority shall give effect to any direction given to it under subsection (1) notwithstanding any other duty imposed on it by or under this
Act or any other written law.

(3)
The Authority shall furnish the Minister with such information in respect of its property, the exercise of its powers and performance of its functions as the Minister may require.
