(1)
Anylicenseeaggrievedby -
(a)
any decision of the Minister in the exercise of any discretion vested in him by or under this Act; or
(b)
anything contained in any Code of Practice or direction issued by the Minister, may appeal to His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan in Council.
(2)
Unless otherwise provided, where an appeal has been lodged under this section, the decision, direction or other thing appealed against shall be complied with until the determination of the appeal.
(3)
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan in Council may determine an appeal under this section by confirming, varying or reversing any decision or direction of the Minister or by amending any Code of
Practice.
(4)
The decision of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan in
Council in any appeal shall be final.
