Section 41

Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with subsection (1) of section 23 is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years, a fine not exceeding $40,000 or both; and any broadcasting apparatus installed or found in the possession of any person so convicted shall be forfeited to the Government.
