(1)
The Public Prosecutor may, if he is satisfied that any evidence of the commission of an offence against this Order is likely to be found in any banker's book, by order authorise any police officer to inspect any such book, and a police officer so authorised may, at all reasonable times, enter the bank specified in the order and inspect the banker's book kept therein, and may take copies of any entry in any such book.

In this section, "banker's books" include ledgers, day books, cash books, account books and all other books used in the ordinary business of a bank, whether these records are in written form or are kept on microfilm, magnetic tape or any other form of mechanical or electronic data retrieval system.
