(1)
Any police officer may without warrant stop and search any vehicle, vessel, aircraft or individual, whether in a public place or not, if he suspects that any article or material being evidence of the commission of an offence against this
Order is likely to be found in such vehicle, vessel or aircraft or on such individual, and may seize any article or material so found.
(2)
Any police officer of or above the rank of corporal may without warrant enter and search any premises or place if he suspects that any article or material being evidence of the commission of any offence against this Order is likely to be found on such premises or place and may seize any article or material so found.
