Registrar of Allied Health Professionals
of Allied Health Professions of Brunei Darussalam Act
(1)
The Minister shall, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, appoint a public officer to be the Registrar of Allied
Health Professionals for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
The Minister may appoint a Deputy Registrar to assist the
Registrar in carrying out his functions and duties under this Act.
(3)
The Registrar may, subject to such conditions as he thinks fit, delegate to the Deputy Registrar any of his powers or functions under this
Act, except the power of delegation conferred by this subsection.
(4)
The Registrar may continue to exercise any power conferred on him or perform any function under this Act notwithstanding the delegation of such power or function under this subsection.
(5)
Other than his functions under this Act, the Registrar shall have such other functions as may be prescribed.
