Section 11
(1)
An adoption order or an interim order shall not be made unless all parties (including the child to be adopted) attend before the Court.
(2)
The Court may dispense with the attendance of any party
(including the child) if it is satisfied that special circumstances exist which render it unnecessary or inexpedient for that party to attend before the Court.
(3)
The Court shall have power in its discretion to direct that any party (including the child) attend separately and apart from the other party.
