(l)
The Minister may by notification in the Gazette
~~r:;pensa-direct that every person employing workmen, or that any special class of such persons, shall send at such time and in such form and to such authority as may be specified a cor-rect return specifying the number of injuries in respect of which compensation under this Act has been paid by the employer during the previous year and the amount of such compensation, together with such other particulars as to the compensation as the Minister may direct.

Any person making default in complying with any direction notified under this section shall be guilty of an offence: Penalty, a fine of $2,000.

Workmen's Compensation
CAP. 74 25.
Any contract or agreement whether made before, on or after the date of coming into force of this Act whereby a workman relinquishes any right of compensation from the employer for personal injury arising out of or in the course of the employment shall be null and void in so far as it purports to remove or reduce the liability of any person to pay compensation under this Act.
