Scientific Authority

Section 6
(1)
For the purposes of this Act, the Minister shall appoint an
Authority, to be known as the Scientific Authority, to consist of the Director of the Forestry Department who shall be the Chairman and two other members.
(2)
The Scientific Authority shall advise the Director upon any question which he may refer to it in connection with the administration of this Act.
(3)
Subject to this Act, the Scientific Authority may regulate its own procedure in such manner as it thinks fit.
