Inaccuracies in notices etc.

Section 32
(1)
No misnomer or inaccurate description of any person, premises, place or conveyance named or described in any notice, order or other document prepared, issued or served under or for the purposes of this Order or any regulations made thereunder shall in any way affect the operation of this Order or any such regulations as respects that person, premises, place or conveyance if that person, premises, place or conveyance is so designated in that notice, order or other document as to be identifiable.
(2)
No proceedings taken under or by virtue of this Order or any regulations made thereunder shall be invalid for want of form.
