Section 4
(1)
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may appoint any suitable person to be an inspector for the purposes of this Act and may appoint an inspector to be the Chief Inspector of Weights and Measures.
(2)
The Minister shall cause the inspectors to be provided with credentials in such form as he shall decide.
