Section 9

All members, while discharging their duties as such, shall be deemed to be public servants for the purposes of the Penal Code (Chapter 22).

There shall be paid to such members who are not public officers such fees for attendance at meetings of the Council and such reasonable travelling expenses and subsistence allowances for such attendances and for journeys undertaken in the discharge of their duties under this Order, as may be approved by the Minister.
