Section 43
(1)
Any person who is guilty of an offence against this Order is liable on conviction –
(a)
in respect of a first offence, to a fine not exceeding $5,000; and
(b)
in respect of a second or subsequent offence, to a fine not exceeding
$10,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or both.
(2)
In the case of a continuing offence, such person is liable to a further fine not exceeding $500 for each day during which the offence continues, in addition to the respective penalty referred to under paragraphs (a) and (b) of subsection (1).
