A registered veterinary surgeon practising veterinary medicine shall furnish to the

Registrar the name, address, qualifications and particulars of the certificate of registration, the certificate and such other information as the Council may require in respect of the persons practising veterinary medicine at his place of practice, and if he fails to do so he is guilty of an offence.
