(1)
This Order may be cited as the Veterinary Surgeons Order, 2005 and shall commence on a date to be appointed by the Minister, with the approval of His Majesty the
Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, by notification published in the Gazette.
(2)
The long title of this Order is “An Order to provide for the registration and regulation of the practice of veterinary surgeons and for purposes connected therewith or incidental thereto”.
