Section 10
(1)
The Controller of Customs, the Commissioner of Police, the
Head of Special Branch, the Postmaster-General and such other officers as the Minister* may by notification in the Gazette appoint, shall be controllers for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
The Minister* may, by writing under his hand, appoint any public officer to be an authorised officer for the purposes of this Act.
(3)
In the exercise of their powers and in carrying out their duties under this Act, controllers and authorised officers shall be guided by such general or special directions as may, from time to time, be given to them by the Minister*.
